Welcome to your course information page. Here you will find everything you need for the Difficult conversations workshop on Friday February 23rd, 2024, at the Postgraduate centre, Princess of Wales Hospital Bridgend.

Thankyou for booking on our Difficult Conversations workshop. We Look forward to exploring this complex area with you and learning from your experience as well as from the faculty. The day will include seminars as well as time to practice communication skills with trained facilitators. The day starts with registration at 8.30-9am. A full schedule of the day can be found below. We would love this workshop to be relevant to your practice so whilst sample communication skills scenarios will be written by the faculty please bring along communication scenarios from your own practice or experience if you wish. We have included a template to write your scenarios below.
